Where: TTP BrainShare Summit 2014
When: November 1, 2014
Synopsis: When the opportunity presented itself to move from a primarily development role into operations, I jumped on it in July 2013. This talk presents what happened during the intervening year, and something I am calling SmallOps which I am using to help me cope with the increased demand for IT services on a small campus with a small IT staff.
